Turn Times

Our official business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Our team will use the “Delivery Date” that was generated in the upload process to prioritize the work on your episode. This is the day that you can expect to have your deliverables back. The “Go-Live Date” is the date you want the episode to go live on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

• Upload no less than 48 business hours prior to the episode’s Go-Live date to allow us sufficient time to produce the episode. Considering our business hours, if you upload your materials on a Friday, please expect your episode to be returned to you by Tuesday night.

• If 48 hours before your intended release date isn't enough time to review, you'll need to use our custom turn-times feature.

• If you need an episode rushed, no problem! If you get it to us 24 hours prior to your deadline, we will still get it posted on time and you will be billed an additional $20.00 at the time of upload (our favorite clients get things to us at least 72 hours in advance!) We will attempt to fill all rush orders even during weekends. If we aren't able to meet the 24 HR deadline, you'll receive a refund of your rush fee.

• You’re welcome to upload multiple episodes at any given time; however, we will only prioritize the completion of the very next episode that is set to release. The additional episodes' delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.

• Streamlined Podcasts cannot be held responsible for uploading delays due to 3rd party issues of hosting platforms and streaming platforms (Libsyn, Blubrry, iTunes, Spotify, etc).
