Upload complete and correct content so as to not cause delays. We cannot ensure a timely turnaround if client materials are incomplete or incorrect.

After production of your episode is complete, you will have one opportunity to provide all feedback, revision requests, and corrections prior to the Release Date. Once received by our team, please allow 24 business hours to apply all requests for revisions. We will do our best to accommodate fast turnarounds and you will not be charged for this round of revisions.

If you'd like to make additional revisions, we can accommodate. However, you'll be charged an additional fee for these revisions. This fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
