Adding New Episodes

If you exit the upload process during any of the steps below, the upload process will be canceled and you'll need to start from the beginning.
If you have more than one podcast, select the relevant podcast from this dropdown list.
Episode Title
The default choice will be XYZ- EP#01 (We'll create a title for you).
However, if you've already got a title in mind you can choose "I'll provide my own title" and you'll be able to change the title to whatever you'd like.
The two options are solo episodes and interview episodes. Solo episodes are for single-track productions only. Interview episodes include both guest interviews and co-hosted productions.
If you are uploading an interview episode, you'll be asked to upload the speaker tracks after adding the relevant speaker info to the episode. You may provide multiple audio files for each speaker's track, but please ensure that you only upload the audio files for the episode body during this step.
If you selected "Interview Episode" you'll be taken to this step. If you selected "Solo Episode" you'll skip this step.
The first "speaker" you should see will be the host of the podcast for which you are uploading episodes. If there are multiple hosts, you'll see more than one speaker initially.
Simply press the "Add Speaker" button in the upper right-hand corner in order to add an additional speaker or guest to the upload. After pressing the button, you'll have a new speaker page to input their info and upload their headshot and logo.
After you've input the relevant speaker info, you can press the "next" button in order to move to the next step.
After you've approved your episode format, you'll be taken to this screen view to confirm your episode details. The Go-Live date will automatically be set to the next available release date, however, you can select a new date from any of the green blocks in the calendar to the left
On this screen, days that are red already have an episode set to release, days that are light and dark grey are ineligible for release and green days are eligible for release.
If you'd like to adjust your release schedule, simply click the hyperlink that says "Change Release Schedule"
Additionally, you can adjust the title or episode here simply by typing in the input field
If you are uploading a solo episode, you'll be asked to upload the speaker track immediately after selecting "Solo Episode" on the If it is a solo episode, please do not upload more than one audio file during this step. This file should be the body of your episode.
After uploading your episode body files, you'll be taken to this view to arrange your episode in the proper order. This element functions just like the The episode segments should automatically be arranged in your preferred order, however, you can drag and drop to rearrange or use the plus buttons to add additional files.
After you are happy with your selections, simply click confirm! You'll be redirected to the where you can add any additional files needed as well as send messages to the producer.
