You can use this button to add a new support ticket. After clicking the button, you'll be taken to that support ticket to add your relevant messages to the chat input. A team member will be notified immediately and will get back to you as soon as we can.
After your issue has been resolved, please delete the support ticket by hovering to the right and clicking the "x" icon.
You can use this search feature to search all of your episode conversations based on the title of the conversation. Just start typing and the matches will appear! When you find what you're looking for, simply click to navigate to the message.
This header shows you the title of the conversation as well as an avatar image for the conversation. If the conversation is a support ticket, the header will be blue like in the image below.
When you select a conversation from the list of conversations on the left of the window, that conversation's border will be highlighted purple and the conversation "view" will be changed to the relevant conversation.
Each group of messages in this window is called a "Conversation". There are two types of conversations:
A conversation will be created for each episode that you upload to the portal. The title of the conversation will be the title of the episode. You and your producer will be added to the conversation automatically.
In this conversation, by default, the only users that will be notified are the podcast host and the podcast producer. The producer has the ability to tag other members of the team for notifications.
These conversations will be clearly distinguished with a blue header. You can open a new support ticket by pressing the blue arrow button above your list of conversations. You should use these conversations for any communication that is not related to a specific question. After your issue has been resolved, simply delete the message! If you have another question come up, just create a new support conversation!
Every time you send a message, all users (except for yourself) in the conversation will receive an in-app notification, email, and text. (if enabled). These notifications will include a link to navigate directly to the message.
Producers can also add additional users to the conversation by tagging them. The users tagged will receive notifications.
You can highlight any text in the input field to access our full-featured air taskbar. From here you can insert links, images, videos, list formatting, and more! To access the emoji menu, simply type ":laughing:" to see the emoji popup from which you can select your relevant emoji. You can replace "laughing" with a relevant keyword to find the emoji that fits the scenario! i.e. ":thumbsup:", ":sunglasses:"
You can use this input field to add new messages to the conversation. This field will expand to allow you to input large messages and has a fully featured .
You can navigate directly to the specific episode conversation you are trying to find by either using the search bar at the top of the window and searching by episode title or you can click "View Messages" on the relevant .
