This title is an input. When hovered, the field borders will be highlighted green. This input field will automatically make the changes to the episode after typing and clicking out of the input field. After a successful change, you'll see a green success banner appear at the top of the screen
This episode number is an input. When hovered, the field borders will be highlighted green. This input field will automatically make the changes to the episode after typing and clicking out of the input field. This text block will display both the go-live and estimated delivery date of the episode. You can change both dates by clicking on the go-live date. When you click the date, you'll see a popup that prompts you for a new go-live date. After selecting a new date, the review date will be changed accordingly.
This block will display the status of the episode as it relates to production. The options are: not started, in-progress, missing files, completed, revision requested, revision completed and published.
This is a full-featured text field that enables you to easily review and make changes to the show notes that the team provides. Be sure to press the "save shownotes" button after making any changes to these.
This block will display the title of the file, its size, and type. Clicking on the file row will display a popup to preview the file. Hovering to the left will reveal a delete icon while hovering to the right will reveal a download icon. Depending on the file type, the preview popup shown will be one of the following: , , , or
These buttons further extend your functionality. The button titled "view graphics" will trigger the . The button titled "View Messages" will trigger the Messaging popup with the episode thread pre-loaded. The button titled "Browse Files" will trigger the popup to add additional files. The button titled "Download all Files" will download all of the files associated with the episode in a .zip file to your computer.
